I cannot answer your questions to any effective result. It is clear that you have no concept of how the NFPA system works, the intent or import of its' documents, or even an accurate understanding of English syntax and the Socratic method. Apparently nothing I can conceive of to say will even explain these to you.
It is quite frustrating. The majority of your arguments are non-sequitur. So I'll take your opinions as stated and move on.
Much as I hate the phrase: "agree to disagree" (I see it as an abandonment of logic), I guess we must agree to stop arguing.
