There is no question that the quantity of O2 is/or can be limited inside the compartment, but there are other pertinent issues such as:
What was "contents" of the refrigerator?
Are close are the contents to the "point of origin"
How close is the "point of origin" to the liner materials and/or door gasket?
How good of seal do the door gaskets make with the cabinet?
Were the doors closed tightly?
Was unit running at time of ignition?
Manufacturer admits that the plastic used in the liner and control panel will not self-extinquisher once ignited (assuming sufficient O2).
