John, It's not just burning until the drywall falls off. It's also dealing with over-zealous overhaul that finishes off what the fire couldn't. These are very tough fire scenes to examine. That is where a systematic examination of every artifact and it's relationship to each other (geometry) comes into play. Examination of the ceiling can help, but it's always a tough go.
