I guess the take away here is just because someone is looking over an old case or in my experance just last year a case in which there were glaring problems doesnt mean your the problem. Everything needs checks and balances to run right. If you can just say what you want and no one challenge your Ipse dixit that would be a scary world. If one finds an issue with a case he or she should not be afraid to point it out such as in the Camiolo case. I heard a saying one time that is "To stand silent in the face of injustic is to be an accomplice to pure evil".
