It seems the ATF is only interested having cases where they can take credit for the end result is where the best available information should be used. I guess conviction rates are more important then the truth. What possible reason could there be for not sharing the information ? It should be all about learning and the more info you have the more you learn. Think about it. Why withold valuable test burns?
