I agree, no matter who is involved in the experimentation, for there to be a validation of the results all information concerning the experiment and its results need to be published to where others can have the opportunity to evaluate all the data. I am not sure in what format is needed for the presentation, but a complete report, such as those available at NIST, would be a good start.
