Apparently, Mr. Bob Kersey of PT&C Consulting either did not think the rules applied to him, or didn't think I would follow through with the warning. His recent posting consisting of nothing but demeaning name calling is in flagrant violation of the rules as recently stated:
"This is the Second and Last Warning to all.
I am not taking sides here but I have received numerous private emails indicating some of the postings have gotten way out of hand. Subsequent postings of inflammatory personal attacks will be removed without notice and the user's posting priviledges revoked for a disciplinary period of 1 week.
Debate and Discussion and even Disagreement is encourgaged here but personal attacks against the individual such as "cry-baby" in a recent post WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. We are professionals here and as such, everyone needs to act in a professional manner.
We have had this discussion many times in the past and apparently many people are fed up. If you must resort to such matters, please do so off-site in private emails.

Mr. Bob Kersey's posting priviledges have been Revoked and he is on probation to this site for violating the rules of the forum. He will be reinstated in one week. Continued violation of postings rules will result in his company IP address to be permanently banned.
