Respectfully submitted. How often are computer models used in your cases? This is another Perspective issue, as I can count on three fingers the number of time my clients have used Computer Modeling in 34 years of doing this job. I understand that others may use it all the time for their work. For the vast majority of the types of fires that I typically handle, the costs for doing so are so high compared to the actual sizes of the losses that the clients make the determination there is no demonstrative need for auto/marine/heavy equipment/RV claims.
