Re: National Fire Protection Association 921 Scope

Jim you clearly want to argue a point that has been argued Ad infinitum over the past 15+ years.
You may take issue with the NAFI Official Position but nonetheless it is an equal professional trade organization with their own policies and criteria. The NFPA 921 Position has been recognized by NAFI as such by your own admission. The IAAI is a very important organization, but is NOT the only one who certifies investigators. NAFI and California have their own certifications for fire investigators that are no less or more important.
There is extensive deposition testimonies (and some trial) on this out here on the west coast (Arizona, Nevada, California, Oregon, Washington, Montana, Alaska, etc) on this topic. Respectfully, I don't have to answer any of your questions. Out of common courtesy though, if you want information, you are free to do your own research on the topic. I have provided you the court cases and the documents and statements, and now you need to do your own research. That is one of the basic requirements of the job.
