I may be misunderstanding what you said. You stated, “those who maintain a CFEI certification, they have to acknowledge the Official Position of NAFI which is the basis of their certification when asked in Deposition.” I took that as a requirement of NFAI.
I contacted NAFI with regards to the statement. They state there is no such NAFI requirement. My question is who is requiring them to make that statement. NAFI said it is up to the individual if they want to comment on NAFI’s position as to 921.
