Where I agree in what you are saying, the wording I used is from several appellate courts cases dealing with the medical profession. All I did was substitute the words fire investigator and investigator for physician. All I am saying where through science you may be able to prove his opinion is wrong, you could have a problem proving him negligent or violating the accepted standard of care. Who sets the standard of care for the profession but the majority of the persons in that profession. The other point I was trying to make is what you said that science is an evolving process to where what is factual today may not be tomorrow.
I feel a little different in that I believe it is the persons doing the research and experimentation is the reason there is less belief in the myths. What 921 has done is furnish a venue where this information can be disseminated.
