I use this all the time in my FINAL report.
I do not use it as a guide for my investigation. I use it at the end stage in preparation for litigation or whatever comes.
In Nevada and Utah this statement is required to be in your final report.
If I want my report to be admitted, this is the only way.
In fact I’ve have attorneys in both jurisdictions tell me in emails the exact verbiage.
