Pam:
My facts are as correct. I spoke directly to you after hours (eastern) on the phone about a new compilation article on Statutory PI Licensing Requirements (specifically with relation to Engineers and Expert Witnesses). A man, I assumed to be your husband, answered the phone and you expressed an interest in the article and to submit it through the normal channels. That is when the issue of the IAAI copyright came up again.
As for the CCAI, there was never any mention or article on the subject indicating you have changed positions or left the editorial staff of their magazine. You were the editor and apparently I made an incorrect assumption that you still were. For that I am sorry.
You also said in the other post that "I have not been the chair of the Editorial Board for several years.", yet the IAAI website says you are still the Editorial Chair as of just a minute ago. I would recommend you might want to talk to the IAAI to clear up this confusion (in my documentation vs your words) in order to avoid a situation like this in the future.
This is the last posting I intend to make on the subject.
