Client agrees to keep [ FIRM ] informed regarding the on-going status of the case. Client agrees to not withhold any claims file documentation from [ FIRM ] in relation to the matter pertaining to the fire incident. Client also agrees to contact [ FIRM ] if any new information or discovery is received, especially if it pertains to alternate potential causes or statements (Handwritten Statements, Affidavits, E.U.O.’s, Depositions, Trial Testimonies, etc.) and upon request, shall provide [ FIRM ] with all documentation requested.
