Is a fire on a stove when no one indicates they were not cooking an incendiary fire? This is fire taking place where a fire was not going to occur otherwise.
Are not most accidental fires ones that take place where a fire is ignited in an area or under a circumstance where and when there should not be a fire? Do not these fires meet 921’s definition of an incendiary fire?
