As I have said repeatedly, science is different from the law’s requirement. You may be absolutely correct when it comes to science, but I question if it would be accepted under the law. I do not believe, but I may be wrong, that a court would allow you to testify as to one hypothesis when there are other valid hypotheses that are valid.
