In terms of Daubert, sure. But the jury should have an understanding of how your reached a reliable determination. Any good direct or cross should include this. Both lawyer teams should address the issue in their examination of an expert. The judge is allowing an expert to testify based on the application of a reliable methodology. The direct and cross can also include issues of credibility and reliability.
