How can it be called a standard of care that "not every fire investigator excepts" and only "numerous" courts have declared it so. I believe it needs to be adopted by everyone. If not why not just call it a list of suggestions? The majority of cleverly crafted responses on this fourm (like the one that precedes this one) try to find a reason why it couldn't be done. Most seem to agree on testing that hypothesis for sure. As for giving it a rest thanks for your suggestion I'll add it to the rest. Why not comment on some of the laughable ways some of the posters test hypothesis that have to have impact on someone? Just trying to better a profession that has influence from so many directions and consequence on so many is just not enough. For every John Lentini and Steve Avato there is a _____ _______. You can fill in the blanks for yourself.
Thanks Jim
