Let me ask this about that...
If the working hypotheses remaining after a fire investigation, can not be reduced to one "probable" cause, but the remaining "possible" causes are hypotheses that are of accidental circumstances, could you still not classify the fire as accidental, but the cause, or circumstances which led to the fire, as undetermined?
