Where would you consider the correct forum for this type of discussion? For most of us we do not have any other forum. I do not have the ability to go around the country give my opinions in lectures. The cost of attending the NFPA committee meeting is outside what most trying to make a living can afford. I guess what I am saying the average guy has no forum.
I agree with you as to what 921 states. The problem I have is I believe it is wrong on this issue. What 921 considers an acceptable level of certainty and what I consider seem to be different. I believe mine is higher. The key here is the word acceptable.
I understand by me addressing this and I know the work you put in on this section it may seem like a personal attack but believe me it is not. This is just a difference of opinion.
I do appreciate you giving a different opinion. I believe others can take the information we both posted and make there own discussion as to the quality of this level of certainty.
Thanks again.
Jim
