Thanks, all I want to do is get people thinking of the wording. All these are individual opinions.
It is amazing how different people can read the same information and formulate a completely meaning of the text. I have read this section of the document numerous times and never had the perception that I do now. For some reason I carried forward the level of certainty from the origin section to the remainder of the document. I must admit I would like to see it changed but if not, as Chris pointed out, having a opinion different from the document does not mean anything in itself as long as it can be justified.
