NFPA can only have an official interruption on what is in the document. I agree that the wording being cited is in that document and means what it means. I think we have passed that and have gone beyond the document. I agree it is a good statement to make so there can be no mis-understanding.
I agree what is being said in the document is good information but my question is this wording covering all areas needing to be covered. My second question is, what is the level of certainty our profession should be trying to achieve when it comes to reaching a conclusion on the determination of the origin, the cause, and the responsibility of an incident.
Thanks for the consideration as to the wording.
