I see your point gentlemen. I think what will become of this and already see it is that companies are using it as a crutch to appear that they are not having as many Undetermined calls as they were reporting for what ever reason. I have heard numbers as high as 40 to 45 % on Undetermined calls which is statistically to high in my opinion and only my opinion. If you are batting 40 to 50 % there is something your missing in your investigation program and its not working this is not to say you cant have a run of unknowns we all know fires are like grapes they come in bunches alot of times. I am curious if the clause redaction will be used to polish a turd here.
