I am defending a person from an Arson 1 charge (Mandatory 20 year minimum)where ALL the public agencies claim the cause is UNDETERMINED, but the DA is still prosecuting because solely on the circumstantial evidence timeline places the defendant in the area at the general timeframe of the fire.
