Evidence is data that is both relevant and reliable in a specific context.Your concern is not the reliability of evidence, but of the reliability of the data one is using as evidence.
Most post-conviction efforts are based on the use of an unreliable methodology or based on the discovery of new evidence that changes the outcome.
