Hebert I believe I have to agree with Jim. Undetermined and can not rule out the stove or the outlet as a possible source of ignition. When getting into that accidental or incendiary I have been told in the past you are getting into motive. I have had fires where the person admits to "cooking on the stove" but "forgets" to tell they left about the rolls of paper towels on the stove to cook for dinner. Quick look by the first responders might think "cooking fire, accidental" I would feel better stating it is what it is originating at the stove. Whether or not it was on purpose or accident thats a different ball game.
