All comments are based on the very limited information presented in the video....
Per NFPA 921, an incendiary fire is one which is set under conditions that the person knows that it should not be set. Accidental (per NFPA 921) includes carelessness and stupidity. So, under NFPA 921 this would be an "accidental" fire.
With that said, state statues could see matters differently. As an example under the criminal code in Alabama, the intent of 3rd degree arson (a class A misdeamonor) is "reckless causing...". Depending upon the circumstance of the event depicted in the video, that event might fall under these provisions.
