No, you should have said that the hypothesis that was your determination was more probable than not to have occurred based on the available evidence in this incident.
"Truth" and "accurate" are not terms that characterize the product resulting from of the application of the SM. The most reliable determination is the product resulting from the reliable application of the SM.
