BTW you wrote "likely true." Where is that in 921?
Attention to detail and accurate definitions are important to the understanding of how to apply reliable methodologies. You may agree to disagree, but when challenged in a court of law with the reliability of the methodology you used, the justice system has a decent understanding of what is evidence. As does the scientific community, the justice system uses relevant and reliable too.
