All I was trying to say with these post is that the Level of Certainty has a place in 921. My reasoning is that even using the scientific method to reach a conclusion, that conclusion is not an absolute. There is no absolutes in science.
Some courts are asking for your level of certainty for your conclusion. Presently, with the Level of Certainty in 921 I can say based on the level of certainty recoiled by our profession I can say it is Probable and then cite what Probable means in 921.
