At times my communication skill leaves something to be desired. I should have posted the section from the beginning. Those words are found in section 4.5.1 (1). It deals with the definition of Probable under the Level of Certainty. The fording is as follows:

Probable. This level of certainty corresponds to being more likely true than not. At this level of certainty, the likelihood of the hypothesis being true is greater than 50 percent.

Where Methodology and Level of Certainty are in the document, they are referring to something completely different.

When testifying my main attention is to explain how I used the methodology found in 921. I will take the jury step by step through the process to show level and quality of the investigation process. When talking to the jury, I do not use the term evidence. I am not going to depend on the persons on the jury to understand the term evidence. I use plain language. I do go into how certain items involved in the investigation and explain their relevance to the investigation. I will explain how this item is a reliable part of the investigation. Using the terms data and evidence are terms not commonly used by the public. I want to use word that are common to their day-to-day lives and not make it sound scientific or legal.
