What possible reason can there be for NOT keeping such items until a case is closed?
Just give me one reasonable reason for destroying, (i.e.throwing away, geting rid of, removing from existence) original notes, diagrams, or photographs during the course of an investigation, before a final outcome, either by trial or settlement, or dropping of charges, before the statute of limitations or deadline for filing a civil suit.
