Oh and please, someone site any case where any court has said it is a "Crime" to destroy field notes or even ruled that field notes are "Evidence." I understand we like to throw these terms out because they sound real good to the reader and make our points so much more potent to the reader but lets stick to terms that legally apply not to terms we think apply.
