Thanks for letting me know we are still friends. I have made some private comments to others about you on this subject.
I respect you point of view on this subject and really you and others have listed some good point to be considered. I still believe this is an individual decision that must be made after all information is considered by the person. I am saying, I will not judge a person’s decision. Where you have excellent points, I still see no legal requirements and have not been shown where a court, civil or criminal, has given any indication of this being a problem. Is there a case out there agreeing with your point of view, I am sure there is. I am not the one beating the horse. All I am saying is that persons reading this board disserve the right to have all information available on a subject in order to reach their own conclusion. I do not believe in forcing my will on others. So, if giving opposing information is considered beating a dead horse, well then I think it should be beat. I agree, if a person chooses not to keep the notes they will more than likely need to be able to defend this position, but that is up to them not me. Do you not think because this thread continued there was additional information brought out by you and others with your opinion that have caused a person to rethink their decision and now keep their notes.
