John
Everything you are saying about the notes I could say the same about every draft of the report on your computer. What is the difference. It seem like you and the US supreme court and the Federal Fifth Circuit have different ideas of the 6 Amendment. They told the defense in to uncertain terms they were not allowed to see the field notes taken by the FBI agent during the interview and that these notes are protected under the law.
John, do not get me wrong on ths subject. I think we should do away with the lawyers and let the experts question each other, at least in deposition, and I think we would learn a lot more. Also, put all information on the table from both sides.
