You are the fire investigator for the local jurisdiction. You have been called into to investigate the fire. Based on the same opinion about the destruction of evidence when it comes to notes, do you not believe the removal of fire debris without other parties having the opportunity to be present is also destroying evidence. Which would have the larger affect on the out come of the investigation, the notes or the actual scene? My question is how far do we take this line of thought?
I am not saying it is wrong to go further, just how far do we go.
