I understand what you are saying, but I found the citation and copied what appeared to be the relevant text. Page 4 of the opinion says two of the seven convictions were thrown out, but others were affirmed. As I read the opinion, the defendant appealed the convictions and the appellate court affirmed those convictions. Either way, the appellate court said the government did not have to produce the notes and furthermore, said the Jencks opinion does not require that the notes be maintained if the summary of the interview includes all that was in the notes (page 12 of the opinion).
