Thank you I missed that park about not maintaining the notes.
After the court of appeals confirmed the two convictions the trial judge through out one so he ended out being convicted in just one.
I am not sure if this does not support the contention of keeping the notes. By the way a copy of the note were leaked to the press and the 302 for does not match the notes. Things said in the 302 for were not found in the notes. There were individual, prosecutors and former FIB agent, were going to testify about this agent’s problem between his hand written notes and his transcription. They were not allowed to testify.
