Quoting from the appellate ruling:
Judge Clement issued several pre-trial orders in which: (1) agreeing with Judge Polozola, she denied production of Burton’s notes; (2) she ordered an anonymous jury; and (3) she admitted evidence procured from electronic surveillance of Edwards’ home and office. With respect to Agent Burton’s hand-written notes, Judge Clement reviewed the notes in camera and determined that the 302 report already disclosed to the defense accurately reflected the information contained in the notes. Accordingly, the court denied the defense’s request for production of the notes.
Apparently, she require the government to produce the notes for a review, but did not provide them to the defense.
